Becoming Mentally Strong
in 3 easy steps
Step 1: Learn
In Step 1 you'll progress through 6 self-paced online modules. Each module is designed to be relevant, engaging and hopefully fun. Your progress through each module is automatically tracked, so you can pick up where you left off if you need to take a break.
When you're ready to get started, click on '1. Learn' in the main menu.
Step 2: Apply
In Step 2, you'll share an athlete version of the modules with your athletes and put into practice some of the ideas covered in Step 1. You will schedule and try out some activities with your athletes over the next 3 weeks. As you apply each activity, you can simply mark them as complete.

Step 3: Sustain
In Step 3, you'll select two activities from Step 2 that worked best for your team. You'll commit to continuing these practices throughout the season, integrating them into your regular coaching routine. This sustained approach helps reinforce the skills and concepts learned, creating lasting positive impacts on your young athletes.
